AirFlow 3 Sachet is a pneumatic one-component dispenser for 10 oz sausage packs used with low and medium viscosity sealants and adhesives. The COX DP1C 310-SA-140-311 version gives crews controlled air-powered dispensing for repeated bead work without stepping up to a larger 400 mL or 600 mL barrel.

Surface Preparation and Use

Set air pressure low, test the bead on scrap, then increase pressure until the material flows cleanly. Check the sausage pack, nozzle, and cap style before loading. A mismatched nozzle or pack length can waste material and slow cleanup.

Keep the barrel clean and inspect the plunger cord before each shift. After use, vent pressure fully and remove partly used material according to the sealant or adhesive maker’s handling guidance.
