Albion DL-810-01 Convertible Deluxe Manual Gun

Description

DL-810-01 gun is Albion’s convertible deluxe manual applicator for crews that use both 10 oz bulk material and standard 1/10 gallon cartridges. The 10-1/2 inch barrel handles common 8-1/2 inch cartridges as well as longer 10 inch cartridges, then converts to bulk use by replacing the ejector with the included leather piston.

Setup and Conversion Notes

Use the cartridge setup when running standard tubes. For bulk work, remove the ejector from the rod, install the leather piston, load the barrel correctly, and confirm the nozzle is matched to the material viscosity. Clean the barrel and piston after use so cured material does not damage the seal. Keep spare nozzles and wear parts with the gun when the tool is used in a service truck.
