Description

The Albion sausage gun dispenses 20oz (600 mL) sausage packs using shop air, so one trigger pull delivers a smooth, steady bead without hand fatigue. A 21-24 Hytrel piston pushes the pack cleanly to the end with no bag-wrap, and the same gun also runs 10oz and 13oz packs. Air drives the plunger, the dent-resistant steel barrel swivels for working angle, and a 1/2 inch ID round steel nozzle lays down high-viscosity sealants and adhesives.

The barrel swivels so the operator keeps the nozzle square to the joint without twisting a wrist. An optional 137-5 regulator adds fine flow control for thinner materials or tight tolerances.

The barrel is heavy-duty dent-resistant steel, built to survive drops and daily site abuse. The Hytrel piston is matched to the 21-24 bore for efficient transfer and no bag-wrap at the end of a pack. The air inlet is 1/8 inch NPT male, and an adapter for a female inlet ships in the box. Maximum supply pressure is 120 PSI and the air requirement is 1 CFM or less, so it runs off a standard shop compressor. It accepts standard Albion ladder hook pulls such as the 240-1 and 310-1.
