Description

Bonstone Duropoxi epoxy is a two-part, exterior-grade structural adhesive for stone, concrete, masonry, metal, and wood. Its knife-grade consistency stays in vertical and horizontal joints, making it useful for monument work, hardscape construction, stone setting, and durable shop repairs. The 1:1 mix ratio is straightforward to measure, while the 20-minute pot life gives installers time to wet the bond faces and position heavy pieces before the material begins to set.

Where This Exterior Epoxy Fits

Duropoxi supports repairs and new construction where a non-sag adhesive must bridge irregular surfaces. It can be spot-bonded or spread with a trowel for stone pavers, tiles, hardscape sills, capping stones, mausoleum components, and cemetery restoration. It also bonds stone to metal or wood when the surfaces are sound and properly prepared. The cured adhesive develops a rigid bond that suits assemblies where movement is limited and strength is the main requirement.

Surface Preparation and Mixing

Remove dust, laitance, loose material, oil, and standing moisture from both surfaces. Measure equal volumes of Part A and Part B, then mix until the color and texture are uniform. For more consistent blending, transfer the mixed material to a second clean container and mix again. Apply within the available pot life, press the parts together with full contact, and support the assembly until the epoxy has set.
