Description
The Techcon TS110CPW dispensing cartridge is a 1/10 gallon (325 mL) high-density polypropylene cartridge supplied with the TS2PW extended wiper plunger already installed at the inlet. The wiper geometry rides the cartridge wall as it advances, clearing material off the bore so less product is left behind at the end of a shot.

Production and bench dispensing lines use this cartridge for single-component adhesives, sealants, greases, and gels run through hand-held or bench-mounted air-powered or manual dispensing tools. The 1.85 inch inside diameter and 8.99 inch overall length match standard Techcon cartridge guns and accessories, so it drops into existing tooling without a hardware change. Maximum operating pressure is 100 psi, in line with the rest of the standard cartridge line from 2.5 oz up to this 1/10 gallon size.

High-density polypropylene construction holds up to routine bench use and resists the material being dispensed better than thin-wall alternatives. Because the TS2PW wiper plunger is factory-installed at the inlet, operators skip a separate plunger-fitting step at the bench, and the wiper reduces the residual material stuck to the cartridge wall after each cycle, which cuts waste on repetitive runs. Shops that normally stock the cartridge and the TS2PW plunger as two separate line items can standardize on this pre-fit version wherever a process always specifies the extended wiper, which shortens the pick list without changing how the dispensing tool is set up.
