Application Guidance
Clean both bonding surfaces and remove dust, dirt and grease. Spray from approximately 6–10 in. (150–250 mm), applying a consistent coating with 80–100% coverage and at least 2.5–3.0 dry g/sq. ft. Porous surfaces may require two coats. Allow the adhesive to dry, then mate surfaces carefully and apply 40–60 PLI using a nip roller or suitable J-roller. Full bond strength develops in approximately 24–48 hours. Avoid plasticized vinyl, flexible plastics, expanded/extruded polystyrene, polyethylene, polypropylene, copper/copper-alloy substrates, and copper/aluminum spray components.
