Description

StoneMount 6310 epoxy is a two-part, beige, non-slump adhesive for bonding marble, granite, stone, porcelain and panel materials. Its 1:1 mix ratio and 30-minute working time at 75°F support jobs that require time to position parts before the adhesive sets. Choose a 50 mL, 400 mL or 600 mL cartridge to match the amount of adhesive needed and the dispensing equipment used in your shop.

Stone, Porcelain and Panel Bonding

Use this adhesive for professional fabrication and assembly involving the listed materials. The paste consistency helps keep mixed adhesive where it is placed during assembly. Plan the bonding sequence around the working time, and verify surface condition, fit and adhesive placement on representative parts before committing to a production job. Application testing is especially useful when the stone, finish or panel material changes.

Working Time and Cure

At room temperature, handling cure is normally achieved within approximately three hours. Full cure takes 24 hours. Working time is 30 minutes at 75°F (24°C). Working time, handling cure and full cure describe different stages: allow the bond to develop before moving the assembly, and plan final loading around full cure. The cured adhesive provides good resistance to chemicals and corrosion.

Technical Specifications

Choose the 50 mL format for small bonding jobs and application trials. The 400 mL format provides more material for repeated applications, while the 600 mL format offers the largest cartridge volume in this family. Each size uses the same beige epoxy formulation. Cartridge capacity refers to the combined volume of both components, rather than the volume of each individual barrel.

Preparation and Handling

Bring both components to room temperature before mixing. When mixing by hand, combine equal parts A and B thoroughly for 30 to 60 seconds. Use the approved dispensing procedure for your cartridge system. Do not pour mixed adhesive more than 1/2 inch thick, as excessive heat can develop. Read the Part A and Part B safety data sheets before use and follow their handling instructions. This adhesive is intended for industrial use.
