High Temperature Glue Gun for Industrial Production
The Surebonder Pro2-100 is an industrial high temperature glue gun delivering about 2.5 pounds of hot melt adhesive per hour at 100 watts of heating power, built for shops running hot melt bonding all day rather than the occasional craft project. Solid state PTC heaters hold temperature consistently at 380 degrees F, so bond quality stays even from the first stick to the last.
An ergonomic long trigger reduces hand fatigue on repetitive runs, and the insulated, interchangeable nozzle keeps the barrel comfortable to hold while the tip stays hot enough for a clean bead. This gun heats up in about 2 minutes from a cold start, which matters on a production floor where downtime between shifts adds up.

The gun accepts regular 7/16 inch or 1/2 inch diameter glue sticks in 4, 10, or 15 inch lengths, giving operators flexibility to match stick length to run volume without swapping equipment. A lighted on and off switch confirms power state at a glance, and the unit ships complete with a removable wire stand to keep the hot nozzle off the bench between uses.
