CHT Group Primer No. 8 is a pale yellow silicone bonding primer supplied in a 5 gallon pail. It is a complex solution of reactive silanes in a volatile solvent. After application the carrier solvent evaporates and leaves a thin layer that helps silicone elastomers adhere to a range of substrates, including plastics, acrylic, polycarbonate, and other non-porous surfaces.
