Description
Techcon TS5623HT Teflon hand-held diaphragm valve is a finger-actuated dispensing valve for low to medium viscosity fluids in manual dispensing work. The Teflon fluid housing and Teflon diaphragm are useful when the process needs the TS5623 hand-valve format with a different wetted path than Delrin or UHMWPE versions.
dispensing valve for Teflon Wetted Parts
The operator starts each deposit with the finger lever, and an internal spring return closes the valve after release. This makes the valve useful for bench work, repair stations, and small production cells where a technician needs direct control at the part. A short opening stroke gives fast shutoff, while the compact hand-held body keeps the outlet close to the bond line or fill area.
Where a dispensing valve Fits
- Manual dots and beads with adhesives, sealants, coatings, and similar fluids.
- Pressure-fed stations where a timed controller is not part of the setup.
- Processes that call for Teflon wetted parts in the hand-held valve family.
- Service benches that need a maintainable valve with replaceable parts.

Confirm material compatibility, supply pressure, tubing, and tip size before release. Run several test shots with the actual fluid, then inspect cutoff, bead width, and operator comfort. During service, clean the valve body and check the diaphragm area so the hand lever returns cleanly between deposits. Keep setup notes with the station so repeat jobs start from a known pressure and tip selection.
