Description

The Techcon TS1212 dispensing valve is a disposable pinch tube valve for controlled continuous flow or micro-shot dispensing of low to semi-viscous fluids. It uses an air signal to open the disposable feed path during the dispense cycle, then an internal spring pinches the tube closed when the signal stops.

The TS1212 is useful when the fluid path should stay disposable instead of being cleaned inside a metal valve body. Only the pinch tube assembly contacts the material, which makes the valve practical for cyanoacrylates, two-part materials, primers, activators, coatings, oils, inks, and other fluids where cleanup or cure inside the valve would create downtime. It supports bench stations and automated cells that need repeatable shots through a controller.

A built-in stroke adjustment lets the operator tune valve opening for the material and shot size. When the signal ends, the spring-driven shutoff piston pinches the feed path closed to stop flow at the valve.
