Product Specifications And Performance
All Grip 60 is formulated as a glossy paste with a workable tooling time of approximately 30 minutes. Repositioning should be completed within 10 minutes for best results. Full cure is achieved in up to seven days depending on temperature and humidity. Application temperatures range from 45°F to 110°F, and the cured adhesive is serviceable up to 160°F.
Surface Preparation And Installation
Surfaces should be clean, dry, and free of dust, oils, grease, rust, or loose material. Apply a consistent bead, position substrates promptly, and press firmly to ensure contact. Bracing or temporary support is recommended where possible. Allow at least 24 hours before loading bonded assemblies.
Material Compatibility Notes
This construction adhesive performs well on wood, drywall, concrete, masonry, fiberboard, plywood, particleboard, treated lumber, and metal. It is not recommended for underwater use, mirrors, ceramics, vinyl, plastics, or flooring applications.
