Description
Insulcast I-Cast LN 1-05 is a flame retardant, thermally conductive two-part epoxy potting compound that protects electronics from heat, moisture, and vibration. Its high-viscosity resin stays where you place it and cures to a tough protective mass that keeps the finished part working in the field.

Surface Prep and Use
Mix Part A and Part B at 7 to 2.1 by weight until uniform. Pour or pump around the assembly and degas under vacuum for a void-free pot in critical work. Cure for 36 hours at 25C, or accelerate with 16 hours at room temperature followed by 2 hours at 65C.
