Description
Insulcast RTVS 8128 is a thermally conductive two-part RTV silicone potting and encapsulation compound for electronics that run hot and need protection from moisture, shock, and vibration. It cures to a tough, resilient mass that carries heat away from the assembly and keeps the finished part working in the field.

Surface Prep and Use
Mix Part A and Part B at 1:1 by weight until uniform. Pour or pump the mixed compound around the assembly, then degas under vacuum for a void-free pot in critical parts. Cure 24 hr at 25C, or accelerate to 4 hr at 60C or 0.25 hr at 120C.
