It cures at room temperature into a flexible elastomer, while a built-in UV tracer helps inspection teams confirm coverage after selective spray, flow coating, or mass-coating application. The translucent material is designed for controlled processing where fast tack-free development and clear visual inspection both matter.

Using KE-3475-TUV Conformal Coating

The coating can be applied over clean metals, plastics, glass, and ceramics used in electronic assemblies. Its medium viscosity supports an even film without the mixing step required by two-part materials. A five-minute tack-free time at 23 degrees C helps coated parts move through inspection efficiently, while full property development is based on a 72-hour cure at 23 degrees C and 50 percent relative humidity. Application thickness, airflow, temperature, and humidity should be confirmed for the actual production process.

Performance and Inspection

The cured elastomer combines Shore A 25 hardness with 200 percent elongation, which helps the film remain flexible around components and board geometry. Published typical properties include 0.80 MPa tensile strength, 22 kV/mm dielectric strength, and a usable temperature range from -40 to 180 degrees C. The UV tracer gives quality teams a practical way to check coating presence under suitable inspection lighting.
