When the 50 mL Cartridge Makes Sense
- Small jobs where a 210 mL cartridge would sit half used: a few sign letters, a bracket or two, a repair.
- Test bonds and pull tests on your actual masonry, stone, or wood before you commit a production install. This is the cheap way to find out.
- Service trucks and install kits. The cartridge and a PAK-50 gun take up very little room.
- Working time is 30 to 60 minutes at 75°F. Once material in the mixer starts to cure, put a fresh MBH 06-20T on before you dispense again.
- Push a short bead through the mixer and discard it until the color runs a uniform gray with no off-white streaks.

It fits a 50 mL 1:1 manual dispensing gun. We carry the Chem-Set PAK-50 gun for it. The 50 mL cartridge does not fit the Newborn 3-203-XSP, which is the gun for the 210 mL size.
