This 415ml cartridge holds LORD 406/19, a two-component structural acrylic that replaces welding, brazing, and riveting. It is a side by side twin cartridge that runs in standard 400 series 4:1 guns, which is the most common dispensing setup in metal fabrication and sign shops.
This is the production size. It is also the only 406/19 format available with a pneumatic gun option, which matters on long shifts and high bead volume where trigger fatigue slows operators down.

Which gun does the 415ml cartridge need?
A 400 series 4:1 side by side gun. The Albion B26T400X4 is the common manual choice at 26:1 thrust. Parker LORD lists 3018302 for manual and 3032023 for pneumatic. A 1:1 or 2:1 gun will not meter this cartridge correctly.
415ml or 404ml CX, which should I order?
Match it to the gun you already own. Both hold roughly the same volume and contain identical adhesive. The 415ml is side by side and runs in 400 series guns. The CX is co-axial and needs a co-axial gun. If you are buying dispensing equipment fresh, the 415ml has the wider gun selection and a pneumatic option.
Do I have to use the whole cartridge at once?
No. Leave the used mix nozzle in place to seal the cartridge, or pull it and refit the original plugs for longer storage. Install a fresh nozzle, re-level the plungers, and purge a mixer’s length before the next run.
