Description

This LORD LP-200 static mixer is a 24-element helical mixing tube sized 1/4 inch by 7-1/4 inch, built as a disposable dispenser part for LORD’s two-part cartridge adhesive systems. It threads onto the cartridge outlet and blends the resin and hardener streams as material passes through, so the adhesive that reaches the substrate is fully and evenly mixed.

Static mixers are dispenser parts meant to be replaced, not reused. Once adhesive cures inside the element, that mixer is done, and running a partially clogged or reused mixer is one of the more common causes of off-ratio, under-cured bond lines on two-part cartridge work.
