Surface Prep and Use

Fill each barrel with the corresponding component, then insert the matching pistons to seal the back of the cartridge and purge trapped air. Cap the front to store the filled cartridge until use. A piston insertion tool makes seating the pistons faster on the larger 1500ml size.

To dispense, remove the cap, twist on a Bell or Integrated-Nut static mixing nozzle, and load the cartridge into the matching dispenser. As the gun drives the pistons forward, the two components extrude through the mixer in the correct ratio and cure begins. Nozzles are generally single-use, so keep spares on hand for each cartridge you plan to run.
