Surface Prep and Use

Fill each barrel with the correct part of your two-component material, then insert the supplied pistons and seat them with a piston insertion tool to remove trapped air. Cap the cartridge for storage, or attach a bell-style or integrated-nut static mixing nozzle when you are ready to dispense. The nozzle blends both parts as the material is pushed through, so curing begins only after mixing.

Load the filled cartridge into a matching 200ml manual or pneumatic dispenser. Mixing nozzles are generally single-use because they cure internally after the first pass. Confirm your material uses a 2:1 mix ratio before filling, and keep surfaces clean and dry for the best bond.
