Medmix 400ml C-System Empty 2:1 Ratio 2-Part Cartridges with Pistons & Sealing Caps (AC 400-02-10-01) give you empty, industrial-grade dual cartridges ready to fill with two-component adhesives and sealants. Each cartridge holds 400ml total across both barrels and meters material at a fixed 2:1 ratio, so the resin and hardener stay in the correct proportion every time you dispense. The kit includes matching pistons and a resealable tip cap, which means you can fill, store, and dispense from the same cartridge.

The cartridges follow the C-System format, a widely used standard for two-component packaging and dispensing. They are silicone free and rated for sustained pressure up to 100 psi. Both adhesive parts stay separated inside the barrels until a static mixing nozzle is attached. When you extrude through the nozzle, the two parts combine and curing begins, giving you a consistent, fully mixed bead at the tip.

Surface Prep and Use

Clean and dry both mating surfaces before dispensing. Remove oil, dust, and loose material so the cured adhesive bonds to a sound surface. Fill each barrel with the correct component, insert the supplied pistons, and seat the resealable cap until you are ready to dispense. Load the cartridge into a matching 400ml dispenser.

Attach a fresh static mixing nozzle, in either Bell or Integrated-Nut style, before each use. Dispense a short purge bead first to confirm the material is fully mixed, then apply. Mixing nozzles are generally single use because they cure internally after dispensing, so keep spares on hand for longer jobs.
