The Medmix 50ml B-System empty 1:1 ratio 2-part cartridge gives you a clean, repeatable way to store and dispense two-component adhesives, epoxies, silicones, and urethanes. This is the gray-cap B-System style (article number AB 050-01-10-33), built so the two parts stay fully separated until they reach the static mixer. Each cartridge ships empty and ready to fill, with two sealing pistons for the back and a resealable cap for the front outlet.

The B-System uses separate outlets for each component and a coded interface. The two materials never touch inside the cartridge, which removes the cross-contamination problem common to older side-by-side designs. Dispense it through a matching 50ml gun and a gray-cap static mixer, and the two parts combine only in the mixer, where curing begins.

Surface Prep and Use

Clean and dry both bonding surfaces before application. Fill the cartridge, insert the self-venting pistons with the proper hand insertion tool, then load the cartridge into a matching 50ml dispenser. Attach a gray-cap static mixer, purge a short bead to balance the flow, then dispense onto the prepared surface and assemble within the working time of your adhesive.
