The Medmix 825ml J-System empty cartridge is a two-part, 10:1 ratio large-format cartridge built for two-component adhesives that need precise metering and clean mixing. Each cartridge ships empty with matching pistons and resealable sealing caps, so you can fill, store, and dispense your own material. The 825ml (27.9 oz) combined barrel volume and the construction-grade J-System fit make these a fit for production lines, fabrication shops, and field crews running structural and bonding adhesives in volume.

The two-part design keeps both adhesive components separated inside the cartridge until you attach a static mixing nozzle. When you load the cartridge into a matching J-System dispenser and begin extruding, the two parts feed through the mixing nozzle at the correct 10:1 ratio and curing starts. This setup gives you consistent, repeatable mixing without hand measuring. The cartridges are industrial grade, silicone free, and rated for sustained pressure during dispensing.

Surface Prep and Use

Clean and dry the bonding surfaces before application and follow the adhesive manufacturer’s prep guidance. Fill the cartridge, seat the pistons, and cap until ready. To dispense, remove the cap, attach a fresh static mixing nozzle, load the cartridge into a matching J-System dispenser, and purge a short bead before applying to confirm even mixing.
