Description

The Medmix MixCoat 1000ml empty 3:1 ratio cartridge is the spray-ready cartridge for the MixCoat 2-part spray coating system. It holds 1000ml (33.8 oz) of two-component material at a fixed 3:1 mix ratio and feeds the MixCoat spray applicator so coatings, sealants, and protective compounds atomize evenly across the surface. The cartridge ships empty in the industrial F-System format, with a resealable cap, plug, and sealing pistons so you can fill, store, and dispense from a single container. Manufacturer number AF 1000-03-14-04 (part ID 153477), polypropylene body, self-venting pistons.

Because the two parts stay separated until material reaches the mixing nozzle, the resin and hardener only combine at the point of spray. Load the cartridge into the MixCoat spray applicator, prime until both parts flow evenly, then spray in steady passes. Match the nozzle and applicator to a 3:1 system and confirm the ratio before you begin. Reseal the cap between uses to extend the life of remaining material.
