Description
The Mixpac MFHX 06-32T is a disposable helix static mixer for 4:1 and 10:1 F-System cartridges. It has 32 mixing elements in a 6 mm bore and measures 245 mm (9.65 in) overall. It is the highest element count offered in the 6 mm bore, which makes it the choice when a material is hard to mix but the application still calls for a fine bead. See the full MFHX line for all eleven sizes.

Where the 06-32T fits
- Highest element count available in the 6 mm bore. Use it when the material needs more mixing passes but the application still calls for a small bead.
- At 245 mm it is the longest of the 6 mm nozzles, 89 mm longer than the 06-18T. Check fixture and enclosure clearance before switching from a shorter nozzle.
- More elements in a narrow bore means more resistance at the gun. Worth confirming your dispenser handles it on higher viscosity materials.
- Retained volume of 6.56 ml. Higher than the other 6 mm nozzles but still lower than any 8, 10, or 13 mm option.
- Mounts directly to the cartridge with no converter. Disposable, so no purging or cleanup between batches.
Compatible cartridges
| Cartridge system | Ratio | Fill volume |
|---|---|---|
| F-System 200 Industrial | 4:1 | 225 ml |
| F-System 200 Industrial | 10:1 | 250 ml |
| F-System 400 Industrial | 4:1 | 415 ml |
| F-System 400 Industrial | 10:1 | 490 ml |
Running a 1:1 or 2:1 cartridge instead? Use the MFH series with white elements. The ratios do not interchange.

Frequently asked questions
What does MFHX 06-32T mean?
MFH is mixer, F-System, helix design. The X marks the 4:1 and 10:1 version with orange elements. The 06 is the 6 mm inner diameter. The 32 is the number of mixing elements. The T is the stepped outlet tip.
What was the old part number for the MFHX 06-32T?
This nozzle was previously sold as the MFX 06-32. The current medmix article number is 113275.
When is 32 elements worth it over 24?
More elements give more mixing passes, which helps on materials that streak or cure unevenly with fewer passes. The tradeoff is 51 mm more nozzle length than the 06-24T, more back pressure at the gun, and 1.36 ml more material retained at changeover. If the material mixes cleanly at 24 elements, there is no benefit to going to 32.
Should I use the 06-32T or the 08-32T?
Both have 32 mixing elements. The 06-32T has a 6 mm bore for a finer bead and tighter placement. The 08-32T has an 8 mm bore for higher flow and lower pressure drop, which helps on higher viscosity materials. Match the bore to the bead you need, then confirm your dispenser handles the resistance.
How much adhesive stays in an MFHX 06-32T?
6.56 ml, compared to 5.20 ml for the 06-24T and 4.16 ml for the 06-18T.
Will the MFHX 06-32T work on a 1:1 cartridge?
No. MFHX nozzles are built for 4:1 and 10:1 ratios. For 1:1 and 2:1 F-System cartridges, use the MFH series.
