Description
The Mixpac MFHX 08-32T is a disposable helix static mixer for 4:1 and 10:1 F-System cartridges. It has 32 mixing elements in an 8 mm bore and measures 296 mm (11.65 in) overall. It is the highest element count offered in the 8 mm bore, built for materials that need more mixing passes without changing bead size or flow rate. See the full MFHX line for all eleven sizes.

Where the 08-32T fits
- Highest element count available in the 8 mm bore. Use it when a material streaks, shows soft spots, or cures unevenly with fewer mixing passes.
- At 296 mm it is 109 mm longer than the 08-18T. That is the tradeoff for the added mixing, and it is worth checking against fixture and enclosure clearance before switching.
- Retained volume of 11.55 ml, the highest of the 8 mm group and 4.27 ml more than the 08-18T. On short shots or frequent changeovers, that difference compounds quickly.
- More elements means more resistance at the gun. On higher viscosity materials, confirm your dispenser has the thrust for a 32 element nozzle.
- Mounts directly to the cartridge with no converter. Disposable, so no purging or cleanup between batches.
Compatible cartridges
| Cartridge system | Ratio | Fill volume |
|---|---|---|
| F-System 200 Industrial | 4:1 | 225 ml |
| F-System 200 Industrial | 10:1 | 250 ml |
| F-System 400 Industrial | 4:1 | 415 ml |
| F-System 400 Industrial | 10:1 | 490 ml |
Running a 1:1 or 2:1 cartridge instead? Use the MFH series with white elements. The ratios do not interchange.

Frequently asked questions
What does MFHX 08-32T mean?
MFH is mixer, F-System, helix design. The X marks the 4:1 and 10:1 version with orange elements. The 08 is the 8 mm inner diameter. The 32 is the number of mixing elements. The T is the stepped outlet tip.
What was the old part number for the MFHX 08-32T?
This nozzle was previously sold as the MFX 08-32. The current medmix article number is 112720.
When do I need 32 elements instead of 24?
Step up to 32 when the mixed bead shows streaking, color variation, soft spots, or uneven cure at 24 elements. The extra passes help on materials that resist blending. If the bead looks uniform and cures evenly at 24, there is no benefit to the longer nozzle.
What does the 08-32T cost me in retained material?
11.55 ml stays in the nozzle at changeover, compared to 9.14 ml for the 08-24T and 7.28 ml for the 08-18T. Over a production run with frequent nozzle changes, that difference is worth calculating against your adhesive cost per ml.
Will my dispensing gun handle a 32 element nozzle?
More elements mean more resistance to flow. Manual guns with lower thrust ratios can struggle with 32 element nozzles on higher viscosity materials. If you are switching up from 18 or 24 elements, test with your existing gun before committing to a full box.
Will the MFHX 08-32T work on a 1:1 cartridge?
No. MFHX nozzles are built for 4:1 and 10:1 ratios. For 1:1 and 2:1 F-System cartridges, use the MFH series.
