Description
The Mixpac MFHX 10-32T is a disposable helix static mixer for 4:1 and 10:1 F-System cartridges. It has 32 mixing elements in a 10 mm bore and measures 363 mm (14.29 in) overall, making it the longest nozzle in the MFHX line. It combines high flow with the most mixing passes available, for materials that are both thick and hard to blend. See the full MFHX line for all eleven sizes.

Where the 10-32T fits
- Longest nozzle in the MFHX line at 363 mm, more than twice the length of the shortest. Clearance is the first thing to check before ordering.
- Combines the highest flow bore with the highest element count. Use it when a material is both thick enough to need the 10 mm bore and difficult enough to need 32 mixing passes.
- Retained volume of 21.22 ml, the second highest in the line. On expensive adhesives with frequent changeovers, that is a real cost per nozzle.
- 32 elements over 363 mm creates the most flow resistance in the 10 mm group. Verify your dispenser has the thrust before committing to a box.
- Ships 500 per box, the smallest box quantity in the line, which lowers the minimum order in units.
- Mounts directly to the cartridge with no converter. Disposable, so no purging or cleanup between batches.
Compatible cartridges
| Cartridge system | Ratio | Fill volume |
|---|---|---|
| F-System 200 Industrial | 4:1 | 225 ml |
| F-System 200 Industrial | 10:1 | 250 ml |
| F-System 400 Industrial | 4:1 | 415 ml |
| F-System 400 Industrial | 10:1 | 490 ml |
Running a 1:1 or 2:1 cartridge instead? Use the MFH series with white elements. The ratios do not interchange.

Common applications
- High viscosity two-part adhesives and sealants that need the most thorough blending available
- Larger bead and high output dispensing from 400 series cartridges
- Automated and machine dispensing where nozzle length is not a constraint
- Aerospace and aircraft sub-assembly with two-part structural adhesives
- Transportation, marine, and composite assembly with structural adhesives
- Wind turbine blade assembly, repair, and field service
- Construction, concrete repair, and infrastructure work
Ordering
The MFHX 10-32T ships in factory boxes of 500 and is ordered in full box quantities. Pair it with matching cartridges and dispensing guns from the dispensers, mixers, and nozzles category.
Frequently asked questions
What does MFHX 10-32T mean?
MFH is mixer, F-System, helix design. The X marks the 4:1 and 10:1 version with orange elements. The 10 is the 10 mm inner diameter. The 32 is the number of mixing elements. The T is the stepped outlet tip.
What was the old part number for the MFHX 10-32T?
This nozzle was previously sold as the MFX 10-32. The current medmix article number is 113250.
What is the longest MFHX static mixer?
The 10-32T at 363 mm (14.29 in). The next longest is the 08-32T at 296 mm, and the shortest in the line is the 06-18T at 156 mm.
Do I actually need 32 elements at a 10 mm bore?
Only if the material both requires the flow of the wide bore and shows streaking, soft spots, or uneven cure at 24 elements. If the bead looks uniform at 24, the 10-24T is 80 mm shorter and holds 4.52 ml less material. If the material blends fine but is simply thick, the 10-18T is the shortest and lowest waste option in the group.
How much adhesive stays in an MFHX 10-32T?
21.22 ml, the second highest in the MFHX line behind the 13-24T at 26.48 ml. Worth calculating against your adhesive cost per ml if you change nozzles frequently.
Will a manual gun push a 10-32T?
32 elements over 363 mm is the highest flow resistance in the 10 mm group. Manual guns with lower thrust ratios can struggle on higher viscosity materials. Test with your existing gun before ordering a full box, or move to a pneumatic dispenser.
Will the MFHX 10-32T work on a 1:1 cartridge?
No. MFHX nozzles are built for 4:1 and 10:1 ratios. For 1:1 and 2:1 F-System cartridges, use the MFH series.
