The MFHX 13-24T static mixer from Medmix (formerly Sulzer Mixpac) is built for the larger F-series cartridge format, dispensing two-component adhesives from 200 ml and 400 ml cartridges at 4:1 or 10:1 mix ratios. It is the disposable nozzle that blends resin and hardener as material passes through, so the output is a consistently mixed adhesive with no manual stirring step.

Where a 1:1 or 2:1 mixer suits small AB cartridges, this mixer is built for the 4:1 and 10:1 ratios common on structural epoxies and higher-volume two-component systems packaged in 200 ml and 400 ml F-series cartridges. The 24-element mixing chamber gives the material enough residence time to blend thoroughly even at these more lopsided ratios, which matters because an under-mixed off-ratio adhesive cures unevenly and loses bond strength.
Interlock mount on the MFHX 13-24T static mixer
This mixer uses the same simple interlock mounting method as the rest of the Mixpac family, so it seats onto the F-series cartridge outlet without threading. That keeps changeovers quick when a line is running multiple cartridge sizes or adhesive systems through a shift.
Where the larger F-series format shows up
Facade and cladding installers, concrete and construction crews, and general manufacturers running higher-volume structural adhesive or sealant jobs reach for the F-series cartridge and this mixer combination when a small AB cartridge would mean too many changeovers per job. The mixer is disposable and single-use per cartridge to keep adhesive batches from cross-contaminating between jobs, and keeping spares on hand avoids a mid-shift delay.
