Description

The MFHX 08-32T Static Mixer is a disposable plastic nozzle from Sulzer Mixpac used to dispense two-component adhesives and sealants from 200 ml and 400 ml F-series cartridges at both 4:1 and 10:1 mix ratios. A simple interlock mounting method attaches the mixer to the cartridge outlet without tools, and the nozzle is discarded after each cartridge change so cross-contamination between batches never becomes a concern.

Confirm cartridge volume and mix ratio before ordering, since the mixer element geometry is matched to the 4:1 and 10:1 range and will not perform correctly on a 1:1 or 2:1 package. The interlock base seats onto the cartridge outlet with a quarter turn, and the internal mixing elements blend both components as material passes through the nozzle body, so no separate static mixing tube or manual blending step is needed. Replace the mixer any time the cartridge is swapped or dispensing is paused long enough for material to begin curing inside the nozzle.
