The Surebonder MGG-800 glue gun is an 800-watt motorized hot melt tool for oversized 5/8 inch glue sticks. Twin feed motors provide continuous adhesive delivery for demanding packaging and assembly work, while the electric drive eliminates the need for compressed-air assistance.

This tool is built around Surebonder’s 5/8 inch stick format. It is appropriate for production stations that need longer beads and steadier feed than a hand-trigger gun can comfortably supply. The motorized system can dispense more than 10 pounds of adhesive per hour under suitable operating conditions, making it useful for box sealing, product assembly, woodworking, displays, and other repetitive hot melt tasks.
Operator Controls and Setup
A lighted power switch gives a clear operating-state check. The rubber grip supports extended use, and auto reverse helps reduce nozzle drips and feed clogs when dispensing stops. Two removable stands provide three supported positions, so the heated nozzle can be kept off the bench between beads. Confirm the selected adhesive’s temperature and stick diameter before loading, allow the tool to reach operating condition, and follow the manual for startup and shutdown.
