The Nordson 7361695 OptiMixer is a high performance, 25 element disposable static mixer from the Series 480 line. Engineered with Nordson’s patented flow inverter and wedge element design, the OptiMixer delivers improved mix quality in a significantly shorter housing length, allowing closer proximity to the application and better control during dispensing.
According to the manufacturer’s engineering materials, OptiMixers are approximately 20 percent shorter than comparable square mixers and maintain 30 percent less retained volume, reducing adhesive waste and enhancing application efficiency.
The 7361695 features an 8.7 mm element width, stepped outlet, and bell-style inlet connection, making it compatible with u-TAH Universal cartridges, large volume Side x Side cartridges, and 380 mL coaxial systems. This mixer is ideal for MMAs, epoxies, polyurethanes, silicones, and other two component chemistries used in demanding manufacturing and assembly applications.
