The Techcon TS1175 spreader nozzle lays down a wide, flat ribbon of adhesive instead of a round bead. A 1/8 in orifice opens into a 1-3/4 in wide tip, so a single pass covers more area when bonding sheet goods, laminates, or trim. The nozzle threads onto a 1/4 in NPT fitting and ships 50 to a pack.

Use it for glue, silicone, and sealant jobs that need an even film across a seam or a flat face rather than a narrow line. The wide outlet speeds coverage on panels and edges and cuts the back-and-forth passes a round tip would take.
