The Techcon TS1258 EPR O-ring kit is a set of dispensing valve parts for pressure pot service where the reservoir seal must handle fluids that can challenge standard elastomers. During service, clean the groove, inspect the lid and reservoir rim, and replace the O-ring if it has cuts, flat spots, chemical swelling, or surface cracking. Do not assume a new seal can correct a damaged cover surface or misaligned clamp. After installation, pressurize the system following the equipment procedure and check for leaks before putting material back into production.
