- Metal bonding in precision components
- Electronics, medical device assembly, and industrial manufacturing
- Fast repairs for general-purpose bonding needs
Directions for Use
- Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and grease-free. Use acetone or isopropanol for best results.
- Apply a small amount of adhesive to one bonding surface.
- Quickly align and press components together. Apply even pressure to ensure a thin, even adhesive film.
- Hold in place for 5-15 seconds until the bond sets.
- Allow 24 hours for full strength development.
- For difficult or porous surfaces, use Permabond CSA or QFS 16 Activator.
🔹 Note: For bonding polypropylene, polyethylene, PTFE, or silicone, use Permabond Polyolefin Primer (POP) before applying adhesive.
