Description
Permabond® UV643 is an ultra-fast curing, thixotropic UV adhesive formulated to bond both rigid plastics and thermoplastics such as PC, PMMA, PETG, PET, ABS, and rigid PVC. It also bonds dissimilar materials, including plastic-to-metal assemblies, with high strength.
This adhesive cures tack-free in a fraction of a second under high-intensity UV lamps, yet also performs reliably with lower-powered lamps or when curing through UV-stabilized plastics. UV643 contains multiple photoinitiators to enable curing at wavelengths from 365 to 420 nm, making it versatile for various production setups .
