Description
Permabond UV6302 is an ultra-low viscosity, fast-curing UV adhesive engineered for high-strength plastic bonding and precision capillary wicking. Its extremely low viscosity (50–100 mPa·s) allows the adhesive to penetrate deep into tight-fitting joints and post-assembled components, creating clear, strong, professional bondlines.
This single-component methacrylate adhesive cures rapidly under UV light between 365 and 420 nm, delivering short fixture times and excellent process control for high-volume production.
UV6302 bonds strongly to polycarbonate, PMMA, and rigid PVC and maintains performance down to –55 °C withstanding brief exposure to elevated temperatures.
