Description
The Cox PowerFlow Combi handles both 10 oz cartridges and bulk sausage packs in one tool, so a single gun covers two packaging formats. A 12:1 thrust ratio gives smooth, controlled output on medium-viscosity sealants and adhesives without the run-on that wastes material at the end of a bead.
How the Cox PowerFlow Combi is built
An anodized aluminum barrel keeps the tool light while standing up to daily job-site use and resists the scratches and corrosion that wear out cheaper frames. The switchable pressure relief device drops line pressure instantly when you release the trigger, which keeps the nozzle from drooling between beads and protects the joint from stray material. Switch from cartridge to sausage mode by changing the end cap and piston, and the same frame carries both. That dual capability cuts the number of guns a crew has to haul to a job.
Where the Cox PowerFlow Combi fits
It suits glazing, weatherproofing, panel bonding, and general construction sealing where crews move between cartridge and sausage supply through the day. The 12:1 advantage covers most one-part silicones, polyurethanes, and hybrid sealants in the 10 oz class without overdriving thinner materials. Maximum thrust is roughly 2.5 kN, enough for cool-weather material that thickens in the tube. Bulk sausage packs also cut packaging waste on high-volume work, since one pack replaces several rigid cartridges and reloads faster between runs.
