QGel 310 from CHT is a transparent, addition-cure, two-part silicone gel designed for protecting delicate electronic components from moisture, thermal stress, and vibration. With a 1:1 mix ratio and soft, resilient cured texture, it’s ideal for encapsulating assemblies that require both environmental protection and reworkability.
This silicone gel cures at room temperature or faster with heat and requires no specialized dispensing equipment, making it ideal for prototyping, repairs, or production environments with flexible workflows.
