Description

Tensorbond C302 is a non-flammable, high-temperature spray contact adhesive for bonding laminate, foam, insulation, veneers, cork, fiberglass, and many plastics. It is supplied for spray, brush, roller, or trowel application when a shop needs strong contact bonding without flammable system behavior.

Tensorbond C302 Application Notes

Apply adhesive to both surfaces at the coverage listed in the current data sheet. Let the adhesive dry for 2 to 4 minutes, or until dry to the touch, then mate the parts under pressure with a roller or press. Recoat parts if the adhesive sits open beyond the stated window.

Porous surfaces may need a second coat. Always test the adhesive on the actual substrates before production, especially with plastics, foams, coated panels, and temperature exposure.
