Description
TS910 squeeze gun is a pneumatic applicator for 3 to 5 fluid oz collapsible tubes used with RTV silicone, grease, sealant, and similar shop materials. The tool gives operators a protected tube holder and trigger-controlled air assist when hand squeezing creates waste, fatigue, or uneven beads.
TS910 squeeze gun Benefits
- Pneumatic actuation helps reduce hand strain during repeated tube dispensing.
- Protected gun body helps keep collapsible tubes from splitting or spilling material onto the operator.
- Pressure dump trigger design supports cleaner starts and stops with less drip after release.
- Included air hose, quick-connect fitting, nozzle, and locking nut help the station get set up faster.
- 3 to 5 fluid oz tube capacity fits many maintenance and production squeeze tube formats.
Use this applicator when a bench or repair cart needs controlled material flow from squeeze tubes without moving to cartridges or meter-mix equipment. It is especially useful for small jobs where the tube is the right package but hand pressure is not repeatable enough.
Where TS910 squeeze gun Fits
- RTV silicone application on small assemblies, panels, and maintenance repairs.
- Grease dispensing in service kits and production support areas.
- Sealant beads from collapsible tubes on fixtures, housings, and access panels.
- Bench work that needs a pneumatic tube tool instead of manual hand squeezing.
- Field repair carts where a compact air-powered applicator is easier than bulk equipment.
Setup And Use
Confirm that the tube size, nozzle, and lock ring are seated before connecting air. Start with low pressure, then raise it gradually until the bead is stable. If the tube collapses near the nose or flow surges, reduce air pressure or use a larger dispense orifice.
Keep the nose parts clean between materials. Disconnect air before replacing the O-ring, lock ring, or nozzle components, and discard damaged tubes rather than forcing them through the tool.
Technical Details And Documentation
Techcon lists TS910 as a squeeze tube gun, and product guide references describe use with 3 to 5 fluid oz tubes plus supplied hose, fitting, nozzle, and locking nut. Review current product information from Techcon before changing a dispensing process.
