SynthoGlass XT is an extreme-strength carbon and glass bi-axial fiber pipe repair wrap kit with a moisture-cured polyurethane resin system. Engineered for the most demanding pipe repair on high-consequence service. Compliant with ASME PCC-2, B31, ISO TS24817, DOT, API, and CSA Z662. NRI installer-qualified product.

- Application temperature: 40 to 150 F
- Service temperature: up to 194 F

Installation
Wrap design must be calculated per ASME PCC-2 or ISO TS24817 by a qualified engineer before installation. Surface prep to SSPC-SP3 minimum, SP10 preferred. Activate the wrap, apply with 50 percent overlap over the engineered repair length. Allow full cure before returning the line to design pressure.
