Description
TS2PW plunger is a Techcon extended wiper plunger for 1/10 gallon cartridges used in adhesive, sealant, gel, paste, and liquid dispensing. The natural white plunger helps wipe the cartridge wall as material is pushed forward, supporting cleaner dispensing and less retained material in the cartridge.
TS2PW plunger Benefits
- Extended wiper design helps move material through the cartridge instead of leaving residue behind.
- 1/10 gallon format fits common 310 mL and 325 mL cartridge dispensing programs.
- LDPE and EVA construction supports everyday cartridge packaging and dispensing work.
- Published 100 psi maximum operating pressure suits many air-powered cartridge setups.
- 1000 pack quantity supports filling lines, kit building, and repeat production use.
This plunger is a small component, but it directly affects how cleanly a filled cartridge dispenses. A worn, wrong, or loose plunger can allow blow-by, uneven movement, or material waste.
Where TS2PW plunger Fits
- 1/10 gallon cartridge filling and packaging benches.
- Adhesive and sealant cartridges used with pneumatic retainers.
- Premixed and frozen material handling programs.
- Kit assembly for field repair or service teams.
- Maintenance stock for Techcon cartridge dispensing stations.
Surface Preparation and Use
Use plungers only with clean, undamaged cartridges. Confirm the cartridge size before filling, then seat the plunger squarely so it travels evenly during dispensing. Keep dust, chips, and cured material away from the plunger edge because debris can affect the seal.
If the material is thick or filled, test a representative cartridge before a production fill. Confirm that the air pressure, retainer, cartridge, cap, and plunger all match the dispensing process. Do not exceed the published pressure rating.
