tesa acxplus 7074 is a 1 mm black, double-sided acrylic foam tape for permanent mounting where joined parts may expand and contract at different rates. This 19 mm wide by 25 m roll fits fabrication and assembly work that needs a conformable bond line on metal, glass, selected plastics, and finished components. The viscoelastic foam core helps distribute stress across the joint while the pure acrylic adhesive supports durable indoor and outdoor mounting.

The 19 mm width suits trim, stiffener bars, decorative elements, interior cladding, appliance parts, transportation components, and window or door assemblies with a matching bond area. Apply the tape to a clean, dry surface, press it firmly along the full length, then remove the liner and join the second part without trapping air. The tape should carry load across its face rather than depend on a narrow edge. For exterior work, tesa recommends a suitable adhesion promoter as surface pretreatment. Confirm promoter compatibility with the substrate and finish before production use.
