The Cox UltraFlow 600mL is a manual bulk cartridge gun for 600 mL (20 oz) sausage packs of sealant, urethane, MMA, and structural adhesive. The 12:1 mechanical advantage gear-driven plunger keeps trigger effort low on high-viscosity products that would stall a 7:1 or 10:1 gun. The 2-start cap accepts a range of bulk-pack collars without modification.

How the gun is built

The 12:1 ratio is the practical sweet spot for structural urethanes and high-mod silicones in 600 mL packs.
