UltraLok 919 is a two-part, long open-time polyurethane structural adhesive designed for applications that require extended working time, large bond areas, or complex assemblies. With a working time of approximately 15 to 30 minutes, UL919 allows fabricators and manufacturers to position, align, and clamp parts without rushing the assembly process.

UltraLok 919 is part of the UltraLok 900 Series polyurethane adhesive family, which offers multiple cure speed options to match different production needs. UltraLok 901 is the fast-set option for rapid assembly, UltraLok 905 provides a medium-set balance of speed and control, and UL919 is engineered for maximum placement flexibility and long open time.
