Spring Cleaning for Patios with OxyKlenza
If your crews are tasked with sprucing up the outside of properties as warmer weather arrives, you’ll want to ensure that you have Oxy-Klenza from Dry-Treat on hand. This powerful detergent makes the cleaning of winter’s grime from all types of patios a breeze.
Oxy-Klenza™ is an odorless, powerful triple action, oxygen, alkaline and detergent boosted heavy duty cleaner used for the removal of general grime and stains caused by oil / grease, mold, leaf marks, food and beverages. Oxy-Klenza™ is 100% concentrate, environmentally responsible and safer to use than traditional heavy duty cleaners.
Dry-Treat has produced a video with a quick overview of how to use Oxk-Klenza to quickly and effectively clean a slate patio. Here’s the quick rundown of how to put the product to work:
- add two large scoops of Oxy-Klenza to a bucket of hot water and mix to dissolve.
- After wetting the slate patio with the cleaning solution, use a brush to spread the cleaner, then allow the cleaning solution to sit for at least 10 to 15 minutes. Actually, the longer you leave Oxy-Klenza to sit on the patio surface, the more it can effectively work to break down the mold, mildew or whatever grime is on the surface.
- Scrub the patio surface with a brush, and then use a hose to rinse. While rinsing off the cleaning solution, you should see the mold and mildew wash right off.
The video from Dry-Treat shows the remarkable before/after of using Oxy-Klenza on slate, but the cleaner can actually be used on several types of patio surfaces, as well as concrete pavers.
