We are looking for a talented leader to motivate, direct and develop our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration with 6-8 years of warehouse management experience and proven success as a warehouse manager with excellent references.

Key Areas of Responsibilities Include:

• Receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed
• Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and
• Ensure quality and customer satisfaction through oversight of picking, packing and shipping operations.
• Controls inventory levels by conducting perpetual physical counts; reconciling with data storage
• Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
• Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective
• Hazmat shipping experience preferred.
• Exposure to TOM, Six Sigma , Lean and other quality systems is a
• Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Maintains warehouse effectiveness by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
