Description
This is the 10.2 oz cartridge of ASI 5900 Fast Grab Hybrid Adhesive, a one-part, moisture-cure hybrid adhesive that develops immediate green strength to hold substrates in place while it cures. The cartridge runs in a standard caulk gun, which makes it the practical choice for install crews, service and punch list work, single-panel jobs, and any shop that wants one package format both the fabrication floor and the field truck can use.
ASI 5900 is 100% solids, contains no solvents or isocyanates, and will not shrink during cure. It bonds to wet substrates, cures in the presence of moisture, and will not wash off with rain. Supplied in Natural White, 24 cartridges per case.

Performance in Production
- Runs in any standard caulk gun. No barrel gun or specialty dispensing equipment required.
- Cartridge format lets a crew stage material by truck or by station without committing to a full case at one workstation.
- Immediate green strength holds panels and countertops in position, which reduces or eliminates bracing, clamping, and fastener use during install.
- Non-slump, gun grade consistency stays put on vertical and overhead surfaces.
- Skins in 10 minutes at 70 degrees F and 50% RH. Tool the joint before skinning takes place.
- Ready to use with no mixing or additives.
- A partially used cartridge can be capped and set aside, though cure will start at the exposed nozzle tip once air reaches the material.
- Surfaces must be dry and clean. Use 100% IPA or acetone for prep. Do not use petroleum based solvents.
- Allow 7 days for maximum strength before testing adhesion or strength.
- Do not use on polyethylene, polypropylene, or TPO without testing first.
Common Applications
- Countertop to cabinet bonding on residential and light commercial installs
- Shower panel and tub surround installation
- Wall stone and mirror mounting
- Solid surface and stone panel bonding
- Service, repair, and punch list work where a full sausage pack is more material than the job needs
- Trailer, RV, HVAC, and general construction bonding
Cartridge or Sausage Pack
The adhesive is identical in both packages. The 10.2 oz cartridge is the right pick when you want standard caulk gun compatibility, smaller job quantities, or material staged across multiple trucks and stations. The 20 oz sausage pack carries nearly twice the material per pack and generates less packaging waste, which matters on high-volume panel runs. Crews doing full shower surrounds or production panel work day after day usually move to sausage packs.
How many cartridges are in a case?
24 cartridges per case. Cases and individual cartridges are both available.
Do I need a special gun for the 10.2 oz cartridge?
No. It dispenses from a standard caulk gun. The 20 oz sausage pack is the version that requires a barrel gun.
