Techcon TS1212 Valve Body

Description

The Techcon TS1212 body is dispensing valve parts hardware for rebuilding the housing around a TS1212 disposable pinch tube valve. The TS1212 controls dots and beads of low to medium viscosity fluids by using an air signal to open the valve, then spring force to pinch the disposable feed path closed after the dispense cycle. This body is the central replacement housing for that valve stack, so it belongs in maintenance stock for benches running cyanoacrylates, UV adhesives, lubricants, sealants, and other fluids through the TS1212 platform.

The body holds the service components that let the pinch tube valve cycle cleanly: flange, cylinder cap, gasket, pinch cushion, spring, shutoff piston, U-cup seal, and piston assembly. When a valve has damaged threads, worn seats, cracked mounting areas, or contamination that cannot be cleaned from the housing, replacing the body can restore the station without replacing every accessory around it. The fluid still stays in the disposable pinch tube, which is why the TS1212 stays cleaner than valves where adhesive contacts the valve body directly.

Keep this housing separate from cartridge consumables. A mixing nozzle, 2 part mixing nozzle, or jb weld mixing nozzle blends material at the outlet of a cartridge. This body is service hardware for a pneumatic valve, not a disposable mixer, and it should be matched to the TS1212 parts layout before release.
