Description
Chem-Set 633 epoxy is a fast-setting, two-part gel adhesive for bonding natural stone, wood, metal, ceramic and other rigid materials. Its thixotropic consistency stays where it is dispensed, making it practical for vertical joints, overhead repairs and uneven surfaces. The 400 mL, 1:1 cartridge keeps both components together for controlled dispensing through compatible two-component equipment and a mixing nozzle.
Where Chem-Set 633 Epoxy Works
This adhesive is well suited to laminating stone edges, attaching sink fasteners, mounting signs or plaques and joining parts where the bond line needs to bridge surface variation. It bonds steel, aluminum, concrete, wood, fabric, ceramics, ferrites and copper alloys when the surfaces are properly prepared. The gel fills gaps up to 0.25 inch and resists sagging while the assembly is positioned. Its short set profile helps keep fabrication and repair work moving.
Preparation and Dispensing
Remove dust, oil, release agents and loose material before bonding. Load the cartridge into a 400 mL, 1:1 dispenser, confirm that both components flow, then attach the correct static mixer. Dispense and discard a small initial amount until the blend is uniform. Apply enough material to wet both surfaces without starving the joint, assemble within the working window and hold the parts in alignment until handling strength develops. Use the current technical and safety documents for temperature limits, cure time, storage and protective equipment.
